The Cultures solidaires program is local and sustainable quality market gardening thanks to interrelated gardens to build networks of food, learning and mutual aid on a neighborhood scale. Véronique Martin of Ville en vert offers a guided tour of the Esplanade vegetable garden and introduces us to the particularities of growing in geotextile pots.
