Alain DENEAULT – philosophe – portrait – à Paris

We invite you to join us on Thursday, June 15, starting at 1:30 p.m. online, for an interview with Alain Deneault, philosopher, moderated by Monique Chartrand. This discussion will focus on the importance for the Fab City movement to address the reconciliation of “economy” and “ecology” in order to restore the rights of the Economy of Nature, and on the need to promote collaboration between different actors in the community for the development of a bioregional geopolitical approach that improves inter-species relations.

Alain Deneault is a Québec philosopher and Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Paris-VIII. He was program director at the Collège international de philosophie in Paris from 2016 to 2022. He teaches at the Shippagan campus of the Université de Moncton on the Acadian Peninsula.

His most recent essay, Mœurs. De la gauche cannibale à la droite vandale is part of the collection Lettres libres from Lux Éditeur.
